Two key stages of running advanced programming projects are planning and effective execution. Below, you'll find RINF's methodology of managing IT projects and common models of cooperation.
Projects outsourced to RINF are managed according to well-defined lifecycles. Our clients can either define the particular development methodology that they would like to use, or we would be happy to advise them on what we consider the most effective method.
We typically follow the general rules of Waterfall or Spiral and Iterative software development methodology. Our staff also has experience with Agile methodologies (ex. extreme programming) or Rational Unified Process.
